The operating terms for Word of Agent for Shopify.

Service scope
This Shopify app connects a merchant's store to Word of Agent through Shopify OAuth, stores the resulting offline token securely, and queues data imports so the store can be analyzed by the broader Word of Agent system.
Your responsibilities
- You must have authority to install apps for the Shopify store you connect
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the store data made available to us
- You must not use the app in a way that violates Shopify's rules or applicable law
Availability
We aim to keep syncs and app access available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may update the app, scopes, or sync behavior as the Word of Agent platform evolves.
Termination
You can stop using the app by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate service if necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or address abuse.
